Creative Hubs: Understanding the New Economy
This report was commissioned by the British Council to better understand ‘creative hubs’: their diverse value, processes and motivations; and in doing so, analyse how best to support and stimulate the wider creative economy they are rooted in, particularly in times of political and financial uncertainty.
